The deadline for requesting hotel rooms for the 2019 Denver L2L Convention is April 10, 2019. Hotel rooms are requested through the L2L registration system - NOT directly with the hotel.

Rooms are $139 per night, plus taxes (currently 15.75% as of 9/2018) for up to four people in a room. Each person that will be staying in the hotel should be registered in the L2L online registration system. This group rate for rooms is only available by requesting rooms in the L2L online registration system.
Self-parking at the hotel for overnight guests will be at the reduced rate of $10 per night and will be billed to the room.
So that the hotel can accurately block your group’s rooms, you must have the total number of king and double/double rooms indicated by the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, group leaders will be able to make changes to their group’s hotel reservations in the registration database until midnight on April 10, 2019. The information in your reservation database on April 10 will be considered your final request. Any changes, except room cancellations, made after April 10 will be accommodated if possible, but are not guaranteed. Please make every effort to have all reservations finalized by the April 10 deadline. Adding rooms after this date may not be possible. If they are able to be added, they will most likely NOT be near your group’s other rooms. Please request all rooms that you will need by April 10, 2019. Please note that any cancellations MUST be made no later than five days prior to arrival. Any no-shows or cancellations after that will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please make sure that all requested rooms are used to avoid these penalties.
All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system.
The group leader should choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.

Pearls is a 13-lesson classroom or individual study of the chosen Bible book for the current convention year.
Resolved: The New Testament teaches that Sabbath observance has been removed from acceptable worship.
Registration Deadline for Event Participation

All Mass Media entries will be submitted through a file upload process directly on our website. The deadline for uploading files is TBD, so please get them uploaded early in case you have any problems. Please do not wait until the last day to upload the files. We recommend you use the Mozilla Firefox web browser when uploading files. Please limit all files to a maximum size of 60 MB. If you have any issues call or email the National Service Center. Scholarship applications must be submitted to the National Service Center by February 3, 2019.
Bible Bowl and Pearls
Bible Bowl and Pearls Test Dates: February 13-25, 2019. Completed test answer sheets are to be returned to the appropriate coordinators and MUST be postmarked by February 25, 2019.
Verification for all pre-convention events will be done through our registration system. Details on the verification process will be included in the registration email that team leaders will receive in October or November. The only things that need to be sent by the registration deadline are listed above.
Convention t-shirts are not included in the regular registration fee. They are $10 each whether pre-ordered or purchased at convention. If pre-ordered, they must be paid along with registration in order to be packed for convention. Additionally, the shirts are now available in our online store to be ordered and shipped prior to convention. Online sales will stop shortly after the registration deadline of February 3, 2019.
NOTE: Fees are due for everyone that is registered as of the the posted registration deadline (based on the fee schedule below). After this date, de-registering someone, whether the group’s registration fees have been paid or not, will not reduce the amount owed for registration. Meeting rooms, awards, programs, schedules, insurance, etc., are all based on the totals as of this date.
Third Grade - Adult
$40 per person
Kindergarten - Second Grade
$40 per student if participating in Centurion of Scripture, Good Samaritan, Read the Word, Puppet Theater, Second Language, Bible Bowl, Know the Books, Keepers, Providers, or any Year-Round event.
No fee if not participating, or if only participating in Oral Bible Reading, Song Leading, Songs of Praise or Speech.
Participants Not Attending Convention
$20 (This covers awards)
$5 per person, added by the National Service Center after Date TBD. This is in addition to the fees noted above.
Mail payment to the National Service Center by the posted payment deadline of February 18, 2019.
Checks, VISA, Discover, or MasterCard are accepted. Note that seating order in the awards ceremonies is determined by the date that the first registration payment is received. You will pay the hotel directly for your rooms. If possible, please submit one lump sum payment per group rather than individual checks. You can pay part of the registration early to ensure your seating location and then pay the balance as soon as registration is complete. For the deposit, we ask for $500 or half of your anticipated total registration, whichever is lower. Also, note that if you ordered t-shirts, those are paid first in our system when a payment is posted. For example, if your registration is $2000 plus $100 in t-shirts, you would need to make a minimum of a $600 deposit to have the t-shirts paid and then a $500 deposit for registration to get in the seating order.
