Rooms are $112 per night, plus a 2% Texas Recovery Fee, plus tax (17% as of 9/22) for 1-4 people in the room.
There is a chance that we will not have a hospitality/meal room this year. If we do, it will be the same room as the last two years. The space will seat a maximum of 75 people, if we are able to use it. We were tight on meeting rooms for events at the 2023 convention. If we experience any growth for 2024 (which we hope to do), we will need that room for convention events. If your group needs a space to hang out and have meals, please consider booking an additional sleeping room.

The room block process for requesting hotel rooms is in effect. This means that groups will have a block of rooms that will be available to them only from the start of registration until the room block deadline date of January 5, 2024 at Midnight (Central). The room blocks for each group that attended the 2023 convention will be the number of actual rooms used each night based on reports from the hotel, less any rooms or room nights dropped after the registration deadline.
Reservations and Changes:

So that the hotel can accurately block your group’s rooms, you must have the total number of king and double/double rooms indicated by the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, group leaders will be able to make changes to their group’s hotel reservations in the registration portal until 8:00 AM (Central) on February 26, 2024. The information in your reservation database on February 26 will be considered your final request. Any changes, except room cancellations, made after February 26 will be accommodated, if possible, but are not guaranteed. Please make every effort to have all reservations finalized by the February 26 deadline. Adding rooms after this date may not be possible. If they are able to be added, they will most likely NOT be near your group’s other rooms. Please request all rooms that you will need by February 26, 2024. Please note that any cancellations MUST be made no later than five days prior to arrival. Any no-shows or cancellations after that will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please make sure that all requested rooms are used to avoid these penalties.
All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system.
The group leader should choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.
Groups may apply for exemption from some of the taxes. Click here and then click on form AP-209 Religious Organizations. Complete and submit this form as instructed. You will present this form at check-in.
All parking at the hotel is valet only. As of April, 2023, the current fee is $40 per day ($48 for oversized vehicles) for overnight guests. We receive a 20% discount off of the rate at the time of convention.
