Bible Bowl, Defender, and Pearls Test Dates: All online testing for Bible Bowl, Pearls, and Defender is from April 1 to April 15, 2027 at 11:59pm (CST). Group leaders will receive login information for students who are registered to take at least one of the tests, so be sure to have all students wanting to participate in these events registered for them.

Hotel Details

Hotel rooms will cost $149.00 per night, plus 16.75% tax* (as of December 2024). Rates are available from Friday through Sunday of convention week.

Reservations and Changes:
 **Please do not call the hotel directly for reservations or changes.**

All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system.

The group leader should choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.
