IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two Hyatt Hotels at DFW Airport. We will be at the Hyatt Regency – NOT the Grand Hyatt. Use this guide for easy access to the hotel and to get COMPLIMENTARY PARKING at the hotel.

Rooms are $126 per night, plus tax (13% as of 5/24) for 1-4 people in the room.

Reservations and Changes:
 **Please do not call the hotel directly for reservations or changes.**

All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system.

The group leader should choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.
