Registration is done by group leaders/church leaders and not by individuals. Register your participants starting November 1, 2025!
Registration information will be sent to all group leaders in October.
DON’T FORGET TO GET YOUR SHIRTS ORDERED DURING REGISTRATION!

The above listed STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM and ADULT REGISTRATION FORM are to be used by the church leader/group leader to collect information at your local church. Once you have collected the information, the group leader will input the information collected into the REGISTRATION PORTAL as a church/group. DO NOT send in individual form.
Once you, as the group leader, have collected all of the information from your participants (both adults and children), you will click on the REGISTRATION PORTAL LOGIN to begin the process of registration.
Bible Bowl, Pearls, and Defender Testing:
For all Easter weekend convention sites and Colorado: February 11 – March 4, 2026 at 11:59PM (CST).
For Mid-Atlantic, North Las Vegas, and Oklahoma conventions, all online testing for Bible Bowl, Pearls, and Defender is from April 1 to April 22, 2026 at 11:59PM (CST). Group leaders will receive login information for students who are registered to take at least one of the tests, so be sure to have all students wanting to participate in these events registered for them.
All testing will be done online. Students will be assigned a unique ID number and access code to take the tests during the time frame above. Group leaders will receive the IDs and codes for their students by TBA.
Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration fees are in place for all who are registered from November 1, 2025 through January 5, 2026 at 8am CST. From January 6, 2026 through the registration closing date for your location, the fee will be $5 more.
NOTE: Fees are due for everyone that is registered as of the posted registration deadline (based on the fee schedule below). After this date, no refunds will be given and de-registering someone, whether the group’s registration fees have been paid or not, will not reduce the amount owed for registration.
Mail payment to the National Service Center by the posted payment deadline of TBA (or your convention’s deadline date for the one’s that close after this).
Checks, VISA, Discover, or MasterCard are accepted. Note that seating order in the awards ceremonies is determined by the date that the first registration payment is received. You will pay the hotel directly for your rooms. If possible, please submit one lump sum payment per group rather than individual checks. You can pay part of the registration early to ensure your seating location and then pay the balance as soon as registration is complete. For the deposit, we ask for $500 or half of your anticipated total registration, whichever is lower. Also, note that if you ordered t-shirts, those are paid first in our system when a payment is posted. For example, if your registration is $2000 plus $100 in t-shirts, you would need to make a minimum of a $600 deposit to have the t-shirts paid and then a $500 deposit for registration to get in the seating order.
$45 per person, if registered November 1, 2025 – January 5, 2026
$5 more per person, if registered January 6, 2025 or later (till closing date).
$45 per student if participating in Centurion of Scripture, Good Samaritan, Read the Word, Puppet Theater, Second Language, Bible Bowl, Know the Books, Keepers, Providers, or any Year-Round event AND registered between November 1, 2025 and January 5, 2026.
$5 more per student participating as shown above if registered January 6, 2026 or later (till closing date).
No fee if not participating, or if only participating in Oral Bible Reading, Song Leading, Songs of Praise, or Speech.
No fee.
$20 (This helps cover awards).
Convention t-shirts are not included in the regular registration fee. They are $16 each, $18 for 2X or larger, whether pre-ordered or purchased at convention. The only way to guarantee that you get the size you need is to pre-order it with your registration. They must be paid along with registration in order to be packed for convention.
Groups that are ONLY participating in pre-convention and year-round events AND not attending convention will be assessed a $25 shipping fee if their awards are to be mailed to them after convention.
$5 per person, added by the National Service Center after the registration deadline for your convention site. This is in addition to the fees noted above.
