For Colorado, all online testing for Bible Bowl, Pearls, and Defender will be from February 11 – March 4, 2026. Group leaders will receive login information for students who are registered to take at least one of the tests, so be sure to have all students wanting to participate in these events registered for them.

Hotel Details
Rooms will be $155 per night, plus applicable taxes (10.5% as of June, 2025), for up to four in a room. Self-parking is complimentary at the hotel.
Churches that will pay for rooms with one church check or card may be exempt from some or all of the taxes. Complete this form and email to Jennifer Kickbush (jennifer.kickbush@marriott.com) at the hotel by the hotel registration deadline of TBA. She will process the form with their accounting department in order to calculate your final room bill.
Room are to be requested through the L2L online registration portal ONLY. Please do not contact the hotel directly for room reservations. Registration opens on November 1, 2025, and the hotel request section will close at the end of the day on TBA. Be sure to have all rooms that you need requested by that date.
